Corn Cassarole


Big Time BS'er
Two cans of cream corn
Two cans of whole corn
one chopped onion
one table spoon of flour
three eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together in an 8X8 cassarole dish. Bake at 350 for one hour. Do not over-cook.

Spaghetti Corn casserole

8 ounces spaghetti
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 cup milk


1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2 Mix both cans of corn and 1 1/2 C of cheese in a casserole dish.

3 Break spaghetti into 1/4's and mix into mixture.

4 Gently pat down so no spaghetti noodles are poking out.

5 Sprinkle the remaining cheese over mixture.

6 Pour margarine over mixture in a circular motion.

7 Put foil over the top and put in oven for 1 hour.

8 Take out of oven and stir and season to taste.
