snafu Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 Before I go catching any more salmon I need to smoked the stuff I have now. I usually do a teriyaki brine. I've made some damn good batches in my day but can't seem to replicate it. I think I haven't been letting it dry long enough before I smoke it. I've also thought about just going for a dry rub. Anyway I'm thinking of changing it up a bit. So I've been looking for a good recipe and have found a few web sites filled with them but I can't decide on any of them. How'bout helping a bro out and maybe picking one. Also any tips would be cool. Here's a good site with quite a few options.
