It only requires that one member of the household is an American citizen, while millions of other born and raises citizens sit on a waiting list. I must be really bored. :( I see no reason not to tax download content. If you go to the music store and buy a tune, you get taxed. If you buy software in a store, you get taxed. If you buy a pair of jeans in a store, you get taxed. He77, if he wanted to help the brick and mortar shops he could tax downloads at a higher rate - call it a "convenience" tax. :eek: The big problem would be which gov't entities get your tax dollars.
